For all other queries, please ask the staff at the registration desk when you arrive at the Conference. The Registration Desk will be located on Level 5 of the Millennium Hotel Queenstown and will be operating at the following times:

Registrations will not be confirmed until payment in full is received.
Registrations can be paid online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners credit cards. All registration and tour transactions will appear on your statement as payment to The Meeting Planners. All accommodation charges will be charged by the hotel.
Alternatively payment can be made by cheque or money order made payable to ‘The Meeting Planners/SQAO 2009'.
- Incorrectly drawn cheques will incur bank fees.
- *Cheque payments must be received within 30 days of registration otherwise your registration will be cancelled.
- Cheque payments will be accepted up until 10 July 2009. After this date, all registration requests must be submitted with credit card details.
- Cheque payments will not be accepted for accommodation.
- All accommodation bookings must be accompanied by credit card details.
- Please type or print clearly, your name and address on the back of the cheque.
Payment of registration fees by bank transfer is not accepted.

PAYMENT OF FEES
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners International are the only credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note that all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to The Meeting Planners.
Cheques should be made payable to The Meeting Planners/SQAO 2009. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.
You may not pay your fees by direct bank transfer.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the Conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration cancellations received in writing at the SQAO Conference Office by Friday 17 July will be accepted and all registration fees refunded less an A$100.00 administration fee. After 30 July 2009 registration is non-refundable however transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person who will replace you along with their contact details must be advised in writing to the SQAO Conference Managers prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
Registration Fees:
• On or before 10 July 2009 will incur AUD100.00 cancellation fee.
• After 10 July 2009, there will be no refund.
Accommodation:
• Credit Card details provided at time of booking. The full accommodation payment will be charged to the supplied card by the hotel prior to arrival.
• Accommodation payment is non–refundable at time of booking.
Social:
• Payments are non-refundable as of 10 July 2009
Tours:
• Payments are non-refundable as of 23 June 2009
ENTRANCE TO THE CONFERENCE
Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions.
INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, force majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
PRIVACY
Australia introduced the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 in 2001. The Conference Managers comply with such legislation which is designed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information. Information collected in respect of proposed participation in any aspect of the Conference will be only used for the purposes of planning and conduct of the Conference and may also be provided to the organising body or to organisers of future events. It is also usual to produce a ‘Delegate List' of attendees at the Conference and to include the individual's details in such a list. Consent for publication of the individual's information may be withheld when completing the Registration Form for the Conference. Individuals are also entitled to access the information held by written application to the Conference Managers.
